Definitions and Scope of Agreement

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following terms carry the meanings as stated:

• "TTB1" or "Platform" refers to the website, mobile app, and all services operated under the domain ttb1.onl.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered or used ttb1 services.
• "Account" refers to a user profile registered on the ttb1 platform with a unique username and password.
• "Credits" or "Balance" refers to funds held in your ttb1 account for gaming purposes.
• "Bonus" refers to any free incentive, bonus credit, or reward granted by ttb1 to users.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process conducted by TTB1 before processing withdrawals.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all ttb1 users regardless of geographic location, device used, or method of access to the platform. Continued use of the ttb1 platform following any terms update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Registration Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the ttb1 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• Aged 18 years and above on the account registration date.
• Registering as an individual only — registration under a company name, organisation or third party is not permitted.
• Only holding one active account only at ttb1. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are a serious violation of these terms.
• Not on any list of individuals restricted or prohibited from using online gambling platforms in your jurisdiction.
• Using genuine and accurate personal information when registering — full name, identification number, phone number and a valid email address.

Ttb1 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a copy of MyKad, passport, or driving licence) at any time to ensure compliance with eligibility requirements. Users who fail to submit the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe risk temporary account suspension.

Registration and Account Management

The ttb1 account registration process is designed to be simple, quick and secure. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. False or inaccurate information provided during registration may be grounds for account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

Once your account has been successfully registered, you are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your account username and password confidential.
• All activity that occurs within your account, whether with your knowledge or not.
• Notify ttb1 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• Updating your account information whenever changes occur, particularly your phone number and email address.

Transferring, selling or giving a ttb1 account to another person is absolutely prohibited. TTB1 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account suspected of having been transferred to another party without prior notice.

Deposits and Payment Methods

Ttb1 accepts deposits via a variety of popular payment methods in Malaysia. All accepted payment methods are displayed in the Deposit your account. Currently supported methods include FPX, local bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, RHB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and MAE.

• All deposits are processed within Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• Deposits are typically credited to your TTB1 account instantly upon confirmation of payment.
• The minimum deposit limit is set at MYR 10 per transaction, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Ttb1 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own charges.
• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes within the TTB1 platform and may not be transferred to other users.

Fund Withdrawal

Fund withdrawals at ttb1 are processed via the same payment method used for the deposit. This is part of ttb1's anti-fraud and anti-money laundering policy.

The applicable withdrawal conditions are as follows:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 30 per request.
• Successful and complete KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawal requests that have been submitted cannot be cancelled by the user once they have entered the review process.
• Ttb1 reserves the right to request additional documents for verification purposes before approving high-value withdrawals.
• If there is an active bonus in your account that has not yet met the wagering requirements, withdrawals may not be processed until those conditions are fulfilled or the bonus is cancelled.
• Withdrawal processing time is typically between 1 to 3 business days, depending on the selected payment method and the level of verification required.

Bonuses, Promotions and Rewards

Ttb1 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific conditions stated in each respective promotional offer. The general conditions applicable to all ttb1 bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus can only be claimed once only by each user, unless otherwise stated.
• The wagering requirement must be met in full before any winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus is only available to new members making their first deposit — users who register without a deposit or who are using another promotion are not eligible to claim the welcome bonus simultaneously.
• Ttb1 reserves the right to reclaim credited bonuses if a user is found to have abused the promotions system, including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Bonus values, validity periods and wagering requirements are subject to change at ttb1's discretion and will be updated on the relevant promotions page.

Bonus system abuse — including the deliberate use of low-risk wagering strategies solely to meet bonus wagering requirements without genuine play intent — may result in bonus cancellation and the withholding of associated wins pending the outcome of an investigation.

Game Rules and Fairness

All games offered at ttb1 operate using Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified and audited by an independent body. This ensures every game outcome is fully random, fair, and cannot be manipulated by any party — including ttb1 itself.

• Completed game results are final and cannot be disputed on grounds of dissatisfaction with the outcome.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an ongoing game session, ttb1 will attempt to restore the session based on saved data. If restoration is not possible, the affected bets will be returned to the user's balance.
• The use of automation software, bots or external assistance tools for gameplay is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
• Ttb1 reserves the right to void wins and reject withdrawals if there is evidence of technical fraud or game bug exploitation.

Account Closure and Termination

Users may voluntarily close their ttb1 account at any time by contacting the customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before account closure is processed, any remaining balance in the account may be withdrawn subject to the applicable withdrawal conditions.

Ttb1 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict a user's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section within these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to pass the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Activities suspected to be related to fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Requests from law enforcement agencies or relevant regulatory bodies.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.

In cases where an account is terminated due to a terms violation, TTB1 reserves the right to withhold the remaining balance as compensation to the extent permitted by applicable law. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, designs, logos, graphics, software code, user interfaces, trade names and other creative elements found on the ttb1 platform are exclusive property of ttb1 or licensed to ttb1 by the respective third-party providers.

• Users are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any ttb1 content without prior written consent.
• The name "ttb1" and all associated logos are registered trademarks protected by law. Unauthorised use is a serious infringement and may be subject to legal action.
• Games offered on the ttb1 platform are the intellectual property of their respective game providers and are protected by applicable licensing agreements.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
